Valinhos, July 13^th, 2011 - Anhanguera Educacional Participações S.A. ("Company") hereby informs its shareholders and the market in general that Standard & Poor’s Ratings Services (“S&P”) affirmed its corporate credit ratings on the Company of “brAA-“ on the National Scale and “BB” on the Global Scale, with a stable outlook.

S&P highlighted Company’s stronger credit metrics, and the stable outlook reflects the expectation that the Company will successfully integrate recent acquisitions.
