São Paulo, January 30, 2018. Contax Participações S.A. ("Company"; CTAX3), pursuant to article 157, paragraph 4, of Law 6,404/76 and CVM‘s Instruction nr. 358/02, in addition to the Notice to the Market released on September 11, 2017, announces to its shareholders, investors and the market in general that at the Extraordinary Shareholders‘ Meeting held on second call on January 30, 2018, approved the change of the Company‘s name, which will be renamed Liq Participações S.A., reflecting in its corporate name the current corporate identity adopted by the Company. The shares issued by the Company will continue to be traded on B3 S.A. - Brasil, Bolsa, Balcão by the trading code CTAX3 until the requests for changes in the trading code are processed and approved by B3 S.A. - Brasil, Bolsa, Balcão and by CVM. The date of change of the trading code will be disclosed in due course.
