TGLTīs business model is based on the ability to identify the best land and build high-quality housing projects by means of an excellent management team and with the participation of institutional investors. TGLT participates as a shareholder in the projects it develops by committing to each one of them, and aligning itself with the goals of the other shareholders.
The TGLT team integrates the key areas of the business: strategy, search and acquisition of lands, product design, marketing, sales, construction, purchases, post-sales, taxes, and financial planning. Although the decisions and control of these functions are kept within the TGLT organization, the execution of some of them—such as, construction and architecture—is delegated to specialized companies with which TGLT maintains long-term strategic relationships. This business model enables ensuring excellence in production without losing flexibility, thus enabling the organization to choose the best partner for each area, and maintain an organizational structure in accordance with business volume changes.
The fact that TGLT focuses exclusively on development and outsources the activities that supply the development projects avoids all conflicts of interest and aligns the Company solely with its shareholders.
