INCENTIVIZED PLAN FOR VOLUNTARY EMPLOYMENT TERMINATION

BANCO DO ESTADO DO RIO GRANDE DO SUL S.A. ("Banrisul"), in compliance with the provisions of Law No. 6,404, of December 15, 1976, as amended, and the regulations of the Brazilian Securities and Exchange Commission ("CVM"), in CVM Instruction 358, of January 3, 2002, in addition to the Material Fact disclosed on August 17, 2020, informs that it was forwarded on this date, for analysis and appreciation by Union entities, a Collective Labor Agreement proposal contemplating an employment termination plan to be offered to employees with clause for the settlement of the employment contract, called the Voluntary Termination Plan ("PDV").

Employees retired or not by the National Social Security Institute (INSS) may join the PDV, which will contemplate up to 1500 (one thousand and five hundred) employees, served according to their service time at Banrisul.

Should the agreement be approved and signed, Banrisul will take the required further steps for implementation of the PDV.

Banrisul will keep shareholders and the market informed of any new facts related to the matters addressed in this Material Fact.
