BMG has been sponsoring for four years the Programa de Valores de Minas do SERVAS (Minas Attributes Program from SERVAS) focusing in offering kids from fundamental state schools, art workshops in order to providing them opportunities of citizenship education and personal development.
Together with SERVAS, BMG also supports the valorization of elderly people campaign, launched in 2010. “Minas ao Luar”
BMG sponsored “Minas ao Luar”, a gratuitous musical project, with shows in public squares, to stimulate regaining to our tradition serenade all over the State. When BMG 80-year celebration, “Minas ao Luar” - Minas moonlight project, was taken to some cities and it received the name of “BMG ao Luar”, BMG moonlight, visiting even Rio de Janeiro, São Paulo, Vitória, Porto Alegre, Salvador and Manaus, always renamed “BMG ao Luar”.

“Projeto Cinema Popular”
BMG committed the sponsorship of “Projeto Cinema Popular” - popular movies project, predicting to present six long-length movies of high quality and within compatible standards and under the best national cinematographic production, for a three-year period. The famous performance company called “Grupo Corpo”, (body group) has developed the project called “Grupo Cidadão”, (citizen group), sponsored by BMG through Lei Rouanet de Incentivo a Cultura, Law for Culture incentive.
In its four units, located conglomerates with low earning of metropolitan regions from belo Horizonte, the Citizen Group currently attends 600 children and young kids between 6 to 25 years old, who participates on workshops of dance, music, arts and “capoeira”.
