We are currently involved in several agricultural activities including:
- crop production
- beef cattle production
- milk production
Our business model focuses on the acquisition, development and exploitation of agricultural properties having attractive prospects for agricultural production and/or value appreciation and the selective sale of such properties where appreciation has been realized.
Our shares are listed on the Buenos Aires Stock Exchange (BUE:CRES) and our ADSs are listed in NASDAQ (NASDAQ:CRESY).
We are also engaged in the Argentine real estate business through our subsidiary IRSA (BUE:IRS, NYSE:IRS), one of Argentina’s largest real estate companies. IRSA is engaged in a range of diversified real estate activities including
- the development of residential properties
- the development, acquisition and exploitation of office buildings for rental, shopping centers and luxury hotels in Argentina
- selected real estate investments outside Argentina
