All CSN’s shares are common shares and each of them carries the right of one vote in Shareholder Meetings.
According to the CSN‘s Bylaws, the Company´s Board of Directors may authorize an increase in Capital Stock up to 2,400,000,000 (two billion, four hundred million) shares.
