Benjamin Steinbruch - Mr. Steinbruch was born on June 28, 1953 and has been Chairman of our Board of Directors since April 28, 1995 and Chief Executive Officer since April 30, 2002. Mr. Steinbruch is also Superintendent Officer of Vicunha Siderurgia.

Paulo Penido Pinto Marques - Mr. Marques was born on August 10, 1957 and was elected CSN’s CFO on May 12, 2009. Prior to joining CSN, Mr. Marques was Vice-President of Finance, Investor Relations and Information Technology for USIMINAS, and member of the State Board of ABRASCA - Associação Brasileira das Companhias Abertas. He was also Vice-President of the Financing, Credit and Risk Area of Morgan Guaranty Trust Co. in New York, Officer responsible for Relationship with Companies and Financial Institutions at BankBoston, as well as Investment Officer for Citibank.

Enéas Garcia Diniz - Mr. Diniz was born on January 06, 1960 and was originally elected Executive Officer in charge of Production on June 21, 2005. He has been serving CSN since 1985, acting as General Manager of Hot Rolling, General Manager of Maintenance, Metallurgy Director and General Director of the Presidente Vargas Steelworks.

Alberto Monteiro de Queiroz Netto - Mr. Queiroz Netto was born on November 30, 1967 and has been CSN’s Treasury Executive Officer since August 11, 2009. Prior to joining CSN, he worked as President of Banco do Brasil DTVM for 9 years. Mr. Queiroz Netto was also Vice-President of ANBID (Brazilian Association of Investment Banks), as well as Director of Banco do Brasil Securities in London, and Director of Banco do Brasil Broker Dealer, in New York.

José Taragano - Mr. Taragano was born on August 09, 1954 and was elected CSN’s Executive Officer on December 15, 2009. Prior to joining CSN, Mr. Taragano was the VP Operations-COO for BRENCO - Brazilian Renewable Energy Co. and Executive Director for Klabin (2005-2007). From 1981 to 2005, Mr. Taragano worked for Alcoa in Brazil and in the US, serving as Director of Alcoa Inc and Alcoa Latin America.
