NOTICE TO THE MARKET

São Paulo, February 18, 2019 - ECORODOVIAS INFRAESTRUTURA E LOGÍSTICA S.A. ("Company"), hereby informs the market that Ecoporto Santos S.A. ("Ecoporto") has resumed regular operation of ships at the quay through a partnership with Italian shipowner Grimaldi.

The service, dedicated to container handling, rolling cargo, vehicles and break-bulk cargo, consolidates the terminal’s position as the benchmark in operating multipurpose vessels at the port. The terminal is also the market leader in the storage of less than container load (LCL) cargo.

Starting February, Ecoporto should handle up to six monthly stopovers of export and import ships.

These vessels sail along the Europe/Asia/South America route and dock at approximately 15 ports around the world, such as Hamburg, Antwerp, Lisbon, Dakar, Vitória, Rio de Janeiro, Santos, Buenos Aires and Montevideo.
