NOTICE TO THE MARKET

São Paulo, February 21, 2019 - ECORODOVIAS INFRAESTRUTURA E LOGÍSTICA S.A. ("Company" or "EcoRodovias"), hereby announces to its shareholders and the market that on this date, Mr. Eduardo Rath Fingerl, an independent director of the Company, submitted his resignation from the position he was appointed to at the Annual and Extraordinary Shareholders Meeting of the Company held on April 18, 2018, and will leave the Company today.
