Estácio is now using Online General Meetings System

Estácio Participações S.A. (BM&FBOVESPA: ESTC3) is using Online General Meetings (Assembleias Online ®), a system that enables shareholders to conveniently participate and vote (proxy voting) in the Company’s General Meetings over the Internet and at no cost.

To register at Assembleias Online®, the shareholder should access (https://www.assembleiasonline.com.br/) and select "Registration and Certificate". After completing the registration form, the shareholder should submit the required documents by mail (which is a one-time initial procedure) so that we can validate your registration and send to the shareholder a digital certificate issued by Assembleias Online/Certisign. Completing these procedures, the shareholder will be able to vote and participate in Estácio Participações S.A. General Meetings.
