Programs

Internship Program

Our internship program for future agronomists is developed in the Eloy Carlos Heringer Coffee Research Center (CEPEC). In addition to learning how to set up experiments and assess the results, interns become aware of the major issues associated with high-altitude coffee cultivation, and participate in all routine farming activities. We also develop an internship program in our quality laboratory in Paulínia, for chemistry professionals.

Trainee Program

Trainees get to know departments of different units, which allows them to have a holistic and comprehensive view of the company, as well as manufacturing plants, processes and Heringer’s quality department. Historically, the company adopts a policy of offering permanent jobs to their interns, in line with its human resources culture of retaining talents.

Apprentice Program

Heringer also develops an apprentice program in all its units. The young apprentices, from 14 to 24 years old, join the program as determined by their educational institution, and they learn the administrative functions of different departments. We have several employees that were once our apprentices.
