	Javier Gavilán - Chief Executive Officer Mr. Gavilán joined IMC in 2006 as its Chief Executive Officer. He has been in the Food & Beverage industry for over 20 years responsible for acquiring, developing, expanding, and managing dining operations and Food & Beverage concessions in city centers, shopping malls, airports and highways. Prior to joining IMC, Mr. Gavilán led Aerocomidas (the largest company in airport concessions in Mexico) as its CEO. He also previously served as the CEO of Areas USA. For eleven years, Mr. Gavilán worked for the French operator, Elior, spearheading its growth in Chile, Argentina, Mexico and the US. Mr. Gavilán obtained a Degree in International Trade from Florida Atlantic University, Certificates of Specialization in Food and Beverages, as well as in Financial Administration, in addition to diplomas from Kellogg and the Pontifical University of Chile.
	Enrique Besalduch Gaitán - COO Besalduch joined IMC in 2006 as the Chief Development Officer of Brazil, and in 2008 became the Global Chief Development Officer. Since 2009, he has served as the CEO of IMC Brazil. Mr. Besalduch has over 18 years experience in the Food & Beverage industry with particular expertise in food service and concessions. Previously, Mr. Besalduch worked for nine years with the French operator, Elior, responsible for operations and expansion in Chile and Argentina. Mr. Besalduch is reponsible for the Company‘s general operating guidelines and policies. He also held the positions of Development Officer and Brazil Chief Operations Officer before being appointed COO.
	José Algarín - CEO Caribbean Mr. Algarín has been with IMC since 2007. Previously, he served as the President and CEO of Empresas Santana operating major hospitality enterprises in the Caribbean, including hotels, casinos, Food & Beverage concessions, in-flight kitchens, and institutional food services. Mr. Algarin graduated in Accounting and Economics from the University of Puerto Rico, with a Master’s Degree in Business Administration from the University of Miami.
	Mario Bernardoni - CEO Mexico Mr. Bernardoni has had several positions since joining IMC. Prior to his appointment as CEO of Mexico, he served as Global Human Resources Director, Chief Procurement Officer and Customer Excellence Director. Mr. Bernardoni started his career in the Food & Beverage industry when he was with Raesa, operating in airports in Spain. He was also the CEO for eight years of Latincom Enterprise Inc., a telecommunications company based in airports operating across the Americas, Europe and Asia. Before creating Latincom, he was Executive Vice-President for Human Resources at Ursus Telecom Corporation, controlling HR operations in five continents.
	Julio C. Millan - Chief Financial and IR Officer Mr. Millan has over 30 years of experience in controllership and accounting. Before his last position as Finance Officer at Office Depot, Mr. Millan worked as Controller and Finance Officer in several companies in the US and Mexico, including Brightstar Corporation, Puma Energy Group, Panamerican Beverages and Tupperware International. During this period he has acquired large experience in merge and acquisitions and ERP systems. He has been exercising the position of Global Chief Financial Officer at IMC since 2010. Mr. Millan holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting and a MBA in International Business from St. Thomas University in Miami.
	Mario Abal - Chief Development Officer Mr. Abal has over 25 years of experience in company management, with particular expertise in the Consumer Sector, having completed high level positions and assignments in the key segments of the industry, such as Fashion Manufactures & Distributors, Food and Beverage, Distribution and Consumer Durables/Household Products. In the area of operational organization, he has well known business experience in combines innovative design, manufacturing flexibility, seamless distribution logistic, and marketing savvy. He joined IMC in 2011 as the CDO, and is also habitual member in International forum related with the Retail and Wholesaling World and membership in some of Retail Federation. Mr. Abal holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Computing Studies from the Polytechnic University of Madrid and a MBA in Retailing & Wholesaling from University of Stirling.
	Andrea Ometto Moreno de Camargo - Legal Officer Ms. Camargo has a degree in Law from the University of São Paulo (USP), and has graduate degrees (LLMs) in Financial Law from the London School of Economics, and Corporate Law from Fordham University, in New York. She has more than 15 years of experience working in law firms (Baker & McKenzie and Shearman & Sterling) and in companies from various sectors, such as AmBev, Cielo and Sonae Sierra. Her experience abroad includes countries in Latin America, the United States and Europe. Ms. Camargo has been head of the legal department of IMC Holdings S.A. and its subsidiaries in Brazil and Latin America since December 20, 2011.
	Andrea Pires - Chief Procurement Officer Mrs. Pires joined IMC in 2008 as Director of Marketing Global Purchasing. She has over 16 years of experience in the retail sector, with an expertise in supplier and vendor negotiations. Previous to IMC, Mrs. Pires worked at Walmart Brazil for 13 years, holding various positions, including Food Officer and Commercial Director, being responsible for the foods departments of more than 200 stores in Brazil. Mrs. Pires graduated in Publicity and Advertising from Universidade Anhembi Morumbi and holds a MBA in Marketing from Universidade de São Paulo.
	Orestes Alvaro - Chief Information Officer Mr. Alvaro joined IMC in 2008. Previously, he worked for 20 years at Grupo INDRA in Spain, where he held, among others, the position of Senior Officer. He was responsible for managing the information technology systems of highway transport companies, public transportation agencies, air traffic control agencies, and passenger food services companies. Mr. Alvaro also worked for Grupo Telefónica, responsible for its communication and emergency response systems. Mr. Alvaro graduated in Electronic and Telecommunication Engineering from Universidade Politécnica da Cataluña and holds a MBA from ESADE.
	Samir Moyses Gilio Ferreira - Financial Control Officer Mr. Ferreira has a degree in Accounting, with post-graduate studies in Corporate Finance at Instituto Presbiteriano Mackenzie. He was a senior audit manager at Deloitte Touche Tohmatsu, where he worked for more than 10 years. At IMC, he has been responsible for the corporate controllership area since April 2011.
