Our Brands

We have worked hard to ensure we have the right brand for each of the segments in which we operate. In Brazil, our flagship brands are Viena and Frango Assado. Viena is present mainly in the shopping mall segment while Frango Assado is our brand for motorway rest stops. In the airport segment, we have developed a range of restaurant concepts and catering services to best serve the varied needs of our customers.


Our main brand for shopping malls is Viena. Founded in 1975, Viena is the leading quick-casual restaurant chain in Brazil. Viena offers home-style cooking with a popular buffet and food-by-the-pound concept. Our menu changes every day of the week to offer a variety of healthy dishes prepared with only fresh ingredients. Through our track record and excellent relationship with shopping mall developers and operators we have established Viena as an anchor brand for new developments. Its multiple store formats allow us to operate several locations in the same mall. We have also opened a number of Viena restaurants in airports and motorways in Brazil with great success, showing the high cross-branding potential of our brands.

We currently operate over 100 Viena locations across shopping malls, airports and motorway plazas in São Paulo, Rio de Janeiro and Brasilia; as well as in other high per capita income cities in the South region of Brazil.


Our flagship brand in motorways is Frango Assado. Founded in 1954, Frango Assado is a leading and top of mind brand in motorway service plazas. We operate over 15 service plazas strategically located along the main motorways of the state of São Paulo.

Each Frango Assado is highly visible from the highway and represents an oasis for travelers and families on the road. Open 24/7, we offer a variety of delicious and healthy meals, in addition to a bakery with fresh bread.

At each Frango Assado location we also offer amenities that are very important to travelers as well as commuters, including a reliable gas station, state-of-the-art touchless bathrooms and a convenience store.


We operate under a range of brands in airports through our subsidiary Grupo RA. Founded in 1958, Grupo RA is a leader in airport food service concession and catering in Brazil. We currently operate almost 40 restaurants in seven Brazilian airports under multiple concepts that go from upscale dining, to casual dining, to quick-casual and free-flow. In our nternational airport segment, we are present in the largest airports in Mexico and in the aribbean, under the Airport Shoppes umbrella, in Puerto Rico, Dominican Republic, Panama and Mexico.

The ability to operate multiple restaurant concepts is a key advantage in the airport segment. This cross-branding flexibility, added to our proven track record, has made us the partner of choice for airport operators.
