The IMC trainee program consists of introducing new employees that demonstrate potential, to several of the company’s daily activities. According to their background, trainees are given the opportunity to perform different roles that will make themwell-rounded professionals. The trainee will assume greater responsibility, contributing to the company’s and their own personal growth.
A critical success factor for a trainee is team work. Exhaustively reinforced in our program, team work reinforces our best practices policies. Another advantage of being a trainee at IMC is having a very close follow-up from professionals that have industry experience and who will lead, teach and deliver feedback to the newcomers.
The trainee program, once the trainee has gained experience and knowledge from different roles in different areas, prepares employees to pursue management positions in the near future.
