By acquiring the 2009 Benchmark Study, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

1) The 2009 Benchmark Study for IR Websites, Online Annual Report and Financial Disclosure was developed by the IR Global Rankings team and provides guidelines and examples of best practices globally within each of these categories. The examples are based on the analysis of companies that participated in the 11th edition of the IR Global Rankings and IR Global Rankings is not responsible for eventual changes that may have occurred on the websites and information of such companies;
2) The 2009 Benchmark Study will be sent by mail to the address provided on your acquisition form via the IR Global Rankings website;
3) The 2009 Benchmark Study will be posted as soon as the IR team identifies payment upon wire transfer or PayPal;
4) After the 2009 Benchmark Study has been acquired and posted, reimbursement requests will not be accepted.
