By registering for the IR Global Rankings, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

1) The ranking is based on a methodology created and executed by experienced investor relations professionals at MZ Consult, which is responsible for IR Global Rankings. Members of the technical committee have no role, whatsoever, in determining the criteria used by MZ Consult for the technical evaluation;

2) The evaluations are executed by a team of experienced investor relations professionals at MZ Consult and are reviewed by the technical committee. Such review is performed on a best effort basis to obtain reasonable assurance that the results and evaluations are free of material misstatements or omissions, however, it is acknowledged that absolute assurance is not attainable. It is also acknowledged that the results and evaluations are of sole responsibility of MZ Consult, which assumes full responsibility for their integrity and fairness;

3) MZ Consult has the right to disclose the names of all participating companies for each ranking edition and has the right to highlight positive examples of such companies for its annual benchmark study or any other study related to the findings of the evaluations. MZ Consult commits to not negatively expose any participating company;

4) Neither MZ Consult nor any of the members of the technical committee are held liable for losses, claims or damages incurred or claimed by companies in connection to their participation in the IR Global Rankings. To the extent permitted by applicable law, the participant shall not assert, and hereby waives any claim against MZ Consult and/or members of the technical committee on any theory of liability, for special, indirect, consequential or punitive damages arising out of, in connection with, or as a result of the participation in the IR Global Rankings.
