Kroton Educacional S.A. informs the acquisition of União Capixaba de Ensino Superior Ltda- UCES, in the city of Vitória, state of Espírito Santo. Currently, the institution has 550 students enrolled and offers Law and Liberal Arts programs. The Mass Communication (Publicity and Advertising) program, which has already been authorized, is scheduled to start in the first semester of 2008.
