In 2007, Randon Companies received several awards and distinctions, of which we highlight:

• Randon S.A. Implementos e Participações has received two Brazil Awards 2011 (organized by IR Magazine, Revista Ri, and IBRI - Instituto Brasileiro de Relações com Investidores). The award distinguishes companies and executives for their excellence in communicating with shareholders and for their good practices in investor relations in Brazil. As a "small & mid cap" company, Randon was the winner in the Grand Prix category for having the best Investor Relations Program and the Best Investor Relations Website;
• The Corporate and Investor Relations Director of Randon, Mr. Astor Milton Schmitt, has been chosen as the best CFO (Chief Financial Officer) - by Buy Side analysts in the capital goods segment, according to 2011 ranking Latin America Executive Team, promoted by the prestigious publication Institutional Investor. In the same category, Randon ranked third with its Investor Relations Program, this time elected by Sell Side analysts;
• Randon Implementos e Participações S.A. presented their results for the 3rd quarter of 2011 during a meeting in Belo Horizonte (MG), obtaining the highest number of votes for the 2010-2011 cycle. On December 1st, 2011, the Company received the 2011 APIMEC-MG - Mercado de Capitais Award in the Quality-Best Meeting category.
