    Notices

Rio de Janeiro, May 27, 2008 - Sul América S.A. hereby announces that its subsidiary Sul América Companhia Nacional de Seguros (“SulAmérica”) and the companies from Grupo Votorantim, BV Financeira S.A. Crédito, Financiamento e Investimento (“BV Financeira”), BV Leasing Arrendamento Mercantil S.A. (“BV Leasing”) and VCS - Votorantim Corretora de Seguros Ltda. (“VCS”) entered into an agreement today whereby Sul América’s auto insurance policies will be offered over the entire network of BV Financeira and BV Leasing on an exclusive basis. The agreement is valid for five years and will allow SulAmérica Auto insurance policies to be offered by VCS through BV Financeira and BV Leasing’s nationwide network of more than 18,000 points-of-sale. The companies expect that a large portion of BV Financeira and BV Leasing’s nearly 80,000 monthly financing agreements will include the purchase of SulAmérica’s auto insurance policies, generating at least R$500 million in additional auto insurance premiums over the next five years.
