Gabriel Portella Fagundes Filho - With a degree in Economics and specialization in Business Administration, he has extensive experience of the insurance market in general, and the health segments in particular. He has been with SulAmérica for 30 years, where he worked in the commercial, life insurance, pension plan, and property and casualty areas, as well as the health and dental plan area where he is the current Vice-President.He is also Vice-President of FenaSaúde(National Supplementary Health Federation) and a member of the Governing Board of the IES(Supplementary Health Studies Institute).

Arthur Farme d‘Amoed Neto is Control and Investor Relations Vice-President for Sul America S.A. and member of the Board of executive officers since September 2000. Joined the SulAmerica group in 1987 and since 1996 is member of board of executive officers of companies of the group. Held the position as marketing and planning director until 1998. Was elected Officer of Corporate Finances in 1998, and performed this job concurrently with officer of investors relation, for which was elected in 2000. Between 2007 and 2010, was Corporative and Investors Relation Vice-President, and since August 2011 is responsible for the Finance and Controlling areas. A sitting member of the Governance and Disclosure Committee of the Company. Prior to join the SulAmerica group, worked at the public sector, in the real state industry and in the areas of insurance and economic consulting, from 1980 to 1987. Graduated in Civil Engineer by the Federal University of Rio de Janeiro and achieved specialization in Finances by the Business Administration Institute COPPEAD of the Federal University of Rio de Janeiro, in Corporative Governance by the Capital Market Brazilian Institute and in Corporate Law and Capital Market by Getulio Vargas Foundation.

Laênio Pereira dos Santos has been a member of the Company‘s Board of Executive Officers since March of 2007. He joined SulAmérica in 1981 and has worked on the executive boards of several of the group‘s companies since 1998, overseeing their accounting divisions. Mr. Santos has been a member of the Administrative and Financial Commission of FENASEG since 1998, and has acted as the commission‘s Vice President since 2005. He has also served on the accounting commissions of SUSEP and ANS since 2000 and 2007, respectively. He earned a degree in accounting from the Rio de Janeiro University of Economics and Finance in 1986. He also earned a teaching degree in accounting from the Educational Center of Niterói (FACEN).
