    Fiscal Council

    Sul América S.A.‘s Fiscal Council is not instated on a permanent basis, being installed whenever a request is made by its shareholders, pursuant to the Brazilian Corporation Law. It is comprised of three to five members elected by the General Meeting at which its installation is requested.

    Currently, there isn‘t an installed Fiscal Council.
