NOTICE TO THE MARKET

São Paulo, Brazil, May 6, 2012 - TECNISA S.A. (the "Company"), pursuant to article 12 of CVM Instruction 358/02, hereby announces to its shareholders and the market in general that received a correspondence from CREDIT SUISSE HEDGING-GRIFFO ASSET MANAGEMENT S.A. announcing that, in transactions carried out at auction markets on BM&FBOVESPA, they sold common shares issued by TECNISA S.A., now holding a total of 9,082,600 shares, representing 4.88% of the Company‘s shares.
