Credit Suisse Hedging-Griffo reaches 5.10% stake in Trisul´s total common shares

São Paulo, October 14th, 2008 - TRISUL S.A. (Bovespa: TRIS3), one of the largest real state and constructors in São Paulo metropolitan region, informs its shareholders and the market in general that, the company received in 10/10/2008 a communication from CREDIT SUISSE HEDGING-GRIFFO CORRETORA DE VALORES S.A. ("CSHG"), informing that the non-resident investment funds and investors managed or legally represented by this institution reached a relevant interest of 5.10% in the capital stock of TRISUL S.A., equivalent to 4,026,100 shares. Of this group of investors, only a small portion is managed by members of the CSHG group since not all of them have policies of investing and voting at Shareholders‘ Meetings under the responsibility of CSHG group members on a discretionary basis.
