Polo Capital reaches 5.24% stake in Trisul´s total common shares
São Paulo, April 15th, 2009 - TRISUL S.A. (Bovespa: TRIS3), one of the largest real state and constructors in São Paulo metropolitan region, informs its shareholders and the market in general that, in April 9th, 2009, the Company received a communication from Polo Capital, started to detain on that date, 3,978,200 common shares issued by the Company, representing 5.24% of the total common shares. The acquisitions are merely for investment purposes and do not aim to change the ownership control or management structure of the Company.
