Cubatão site: We own and operate a site located at the Cubatão petrochemical complex (State of São Paulo, Brazil), close to the port of Santos, one of Latin America’s main ports. This site has an annual installed capacity of 120,000 tons of styrene and 2,500 tons of toluene. Styrene is used in the plastic, latex and rubber industry, including packaging materials, and resins, among others. We also use styrene produced at this site as a raw material in our polystyrene production in our São José dos Campos and Guarujá sites. Toluene is a byproduct of styrene and is used in the paint and solvent industry.

São José dos Campos site: We own and operate a polystyrene plant located at the Monsanto petrochemical site in São José dos Campos (State of São Paulo, Brazil). 0ur São José dos Campos plant has an annual installed capacity of 190,000 tons of polystyrene, which is principally used for food packaging, home appliances, construction and electronics.

Montenegro: Montenegro Situated near the Southern Complex - RS, the Industrial Site of Polo Films Production includes the addition of Administrative Operations, Procurement and Finance. The Customer Service is performed for the areas of Sales and Development in Sao Paulo. This unit produces bioriented polypropylene film - BOPP, without printing the following versions: transparent, opaque, metallic and matte. The BOPP film is a versatile offering excellent protection to the packaged products. It is widely recommended for many different food applications, with or without printing, adhesive tapes and labels, matching main properties of their appearance, and performance protection. It is ideal for packaging various consumer items such as snacks, cookies, chocolates, Easter eggs, cereal bars, popsicles, candy, tea, pasta, gift wrapping, milk powder, soaps, CDs, DVDs, cigarettes, and graphics applications more. With a nominal capacity of 78,000 ton / year, the factory operates 03 production lines, with or Horizontal Technology Tenter German Bruckner, 03 metallic, primary and secondary cutting, and other technological increments. |
