HR Develops Program – this program’s goal is to implement initiatives within the organization to support the development of our employees, which include:
Direct HR Program – is a communication channel between the HR department and employees with regular meetings between HR and the factory floor to narrow the relationship with employees and increase their integration in the organization.
“We Are All Unigel” Program – this program nurtures pride in the sense of belonging to the Unigel team by helping employees form a better understanding of Unigel’s business.
New Employee Integration Program – this program helps integrate new employees in the organization by giving them an overview of the areas which they will have contact, while also focusing on Industrial Security and Occupational Health.
“Our People” Program – promotes the display on public spaces of interesting characteristics of our employees until then unknown by coworkers (hobbies, artistic talents, participation in NGOs, etc.).
“Work with Us” Program – is a database of the résumés submitted through Unigel’s website.
“Look Inside” Program – organizes factory tours for the local community.
